By definition, all of our frozen products are HEATED NOT FULLY COOKED, NOT SHELVE STABLE. They must be cooked before serving, go to Product Preparation for proper cooking-heating instructions.
Upon arrival, store the merchandise in the freezer (below 32 degrees fahrenheit). You can also place the merchandise in the refrigerator (50-55 degrees fahrenheit) up to two days, before they are cooked and served, otherwise store in the freezer.
