Boiling water: Place the Catalina Black Bean Soup bag in boiling water for 20 minutes. Carefully remove bag from water and cut along side. Empty into container to serve in individual portions.
Microwave Oven: Place the unopened Black Bean Soup bag on a microwave safe dish. Puncture with fork 2 or 3 times to vent. Heat 3-4 minutes on high (cooking times may vary depending on the microwave - adjust as necessary). Remove from microwave and cut along side. Empty into a container to serve in individual portions.
*NOTE: Product #1401 contains a foil bag which CANNOT be placed in the microwave. This item must be cooked in boiling water.
