The Catalina Chicken Croquette is made from quality cuts of chicken in a bachamel sause (cream base) with seasonings.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 350 °F. Use enough oil to fully cover the Catalina Croquettes. Fry the croquettes for approx. 5 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes. Minimum internal temperature must reach 165 °F. Do not fry more than 4 at a time.
