Catalina Stuffed Cassava with Beef and Pork is made with yuca from Costa Rica, and is stuffed with a seasoned combination of beef and pork filling.
Each individual piece weights 5.0 ounces and the ration of yuca to filling is 5:1. Thus, each Catalina Yuca Rellena is composed of 20% meat filling.
This product is also known in the market as CARIMAÃ‘OLA and RELLENO DE YUCA.
Pre-heat oil to 350 °F. Thaw product. Fry the Stuffed Yuca for 6 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Minimum internal temperature reached should be 158 °F.
