Catalina Pork Tamales wrapped in corn husks is made from a combination of fresh corn, cooked pork, corn meal, corn flour and spices. This mixture is then hand wrapped in corn husks and hand tied for an authentic look and taste.
For best results: Place the tamales in boiling water. Boil for 30 minutes (without covering the cooking pot), take them out and let them cool for 2 minutes. Then cut the string, undo the husks and serve.
